I found this site when I had to place an order for one of my best friends weddings, and I fell in LOVE with it! Not only did i stay on the site the entire time I was at work that day I also got all the girls in my department to start shopping there as well! Now on pay days we look to see if there are any "new" shoes! I love them all and how colorful they are, just a really great shoe place and the prices are out of this world!

I mostly shop for the shoes so the first pair I bought were boots and since then I have bought way more than I expected especially in heels, boots and booties.They ship them out the very same day, so there is very little wait time in receiving them. Just in the last four months I have bought 14 pairs of shoes and will continue to buy more, so I guess you can say I am" totally hooked" and very happy that I found them!

A friend of mine has been looking for a pair of gold round toe heels for an upcoming holiday party so I recommended 6pm to her. She ran across the bad reviews on Trust Pilot and ended up purchasing a clunky pair of no-name heels at Marshall's for $35. Ugh. It turns my stomach. She could have bought any number of quality, gorgeous heels with that money.

Anyway, I felt the need to defend my favorite website because seriously, 6pm is the greatest.

I've been a loyal customer since 2011. I love this site so much I don't even know where to begin. I think I've spent AT LEAST $3k over the years and I've *never* once had a bad experience.

The one and only time I've had to call Customer Service was when I was living in two different cities, going back and forth every couple of months. I accidentally sent my order to City B when I was in City A--entirely my fault. I called 6pm to see if there was anything that could be done and incredibly, the lovely associate redirected my package to the correct address even though it was already in transit with UPS. I was blown away because I honestly wasn't expecting anything to get resolved. I'm a small business owner and I know what the costs of rerouting are. They intercepted and rerouted my order FOR FREE.

Every package I've received has been immaculate. The shoes are always in perfect condition, never any sign of wear or mishandling. I don't know, maybe I'm lucky? But I've bought a lot of shoes from 6pm... so I guess the odds are ever in my favor and I am one lucky bitch.

I think it definitely helps to be familiar with the brands/how they fit BEFORE you order. For example, I purchase a lot of Pour La Victoire and Elizabeth & James heels. PLV is always true to size for me while I generally have to go up a half size with E&J's.

Seriously though, where else can you get a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti's for under $200? I've snagged DvF, Alexander McQueen--all for crazy amazing prices. I do a fair bit of shopping at Barneys too and know my brands... 6pm is the real deal. Think before you order, know your fit, etc. and you won't be disappointed.

I have done my research to find a boot to meet the regulations and to be comfortable at a reasonable price. Well Original Swat classic 9s meet that requirment abd more. I called to confirm some questiins I had, the customer service I recieved was steller. My boots arrived 4 days earlier than I expected. I have only been wearing them for 2 days but they have not caused my feet to hurt at all. I will re-review if I remember down the road after some wear and tear..but so far so awesome!!
