So far I have yet to have a problem with them. I've ordered everything from books to software to kitchen products. When my credit card offers me reward points, I generally take them as Amazon store credit because I know I'll find a use for it.

Sometimes I almost feel bad for brick & mortar stores because it's often cheaper to order through Amazon than to get books even on sale.

Would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful and friendly customer service. Called and spoke to Duke who was awesome. Called since i didnt get my order, and Duke told me it was out of stock. He went out of his way, even checking the warehouse to make sure item was indeed out of stock, and took care of my refund immediately.

I'm sure it's not as exclusive as I think it is but I haven't seen anyone with any of the items on this site yet and I love it! It's almost like my little secret (I'm from Hawaii). Can you blame me though? I love the buy one get one free deal coupled with free shipping! It's rare to find US retail sites with that offer. I was a bit apprehensive when I first thought of ordering from here but my mind was a bit more at ease when I saw that they take PayPal. The order arrived exactly between the estimated shipping dates and things were packed very nicely. Also, everything was in excellent condition! Definitely will continue to order from here.
