So that was my previous review. The purses came after 2-2.5 weeks. One came in good condition and I have been using it since. The one that I got for my best friend was NO GOOD. It came with parts missing, small tears. So, I took pictures of them and sent them to customer service. They were really friendly and said that they would send a replacement. It came in about 2 weeks. Therefore I am ordering again! Hopefully both purses come in decent quality.
