Needless to say ever since I found amiclubwear, I rarely purchase dresses from any other site! There were problems and confusions along the way but I kept coming back feeling secured because Duke was always there to go above and beyond just responding NO, it's our policy and shut me down. Duke has been the one who worked harder to ensure my shopping experience was pleasant. I have tried to ask for support from other reps, and have had many NO's without even trying. It's company policy yes, but making sure customer is happy is the key. ie, I missed the return deadline. Instead of checking on the time frame..period during the holidays season, they just said no to me...not even considering helping a loyal customer. I was disappointed and didn't plan to return until I asked Vien to help me.
Customer service was always nice but none has gone the extra with this kind of support and courtesy except for Vien. Clearly, he as other reviews from other customers here too. Lol. He must be a very busy bee at work.!. Seeing no one else has gone the extra miles but him! So I keep coming back for the great deals on beautiful dresses.. But if not for reps like Vien, I wouldn't be buying as much as I do!!! I would never let this one go if I were the boss!! ;).

better inventory tracking of lows to prevent selling a product that is already sold out. on the flip side they are fast to refund the item that wasn't in stock. out of all the things i have gotten from here i have only had this happen twice
