I have had several items from Amazon - all arrived quickly and the one item I received which was broken in the post was quickly replaced.
The Kindle service is superb and the Kindle Support can't be faulted.
An easy to find contact email address would be a bonus.

Being a first-time customer, I was unsure of the quality, prices, if they had a good reputation etc. But the items I saw were very nice so I decided to try them out... I'm so happy I did! The shipping was quick (compared to other places I've bought from online), the quality of the clothes was really nice and weren't overpriced. Overall, it was a great online shopping experience. Definitely would recommend them.
