I have made a purchase from Amiclubwear.com and I had a little problem with my shipping. I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address and I've been waiting for my order for a while until realizing it was sent to my old address. I called the Amiclubwear representatives and none of them were able to help me or understand my situation until I got on the phone with Duke Vein. I have to admit he was SO understanding and was extremely willing to help immediately. He gave me a tracking number right away for the new address where my shoes were going to be sent too and on top of that left me all his information in case I had any additional questions or concerns. He was very intelligent unlike the other representatives and very, very nice. I'm glad I got him to help me and he certainly gave me more confidence of receiving my package and shopping with his company again. I'm extremely pleased with him and his service.
